Get your contacts back even if you havent backed them up!

The GDFS has our contacts on it!!
now this can only be done if u backed up ur gdfs
1.First make a copy of ur backed up GDFS
2.Now use the software in attachment to open the gdfs and then , save the contacts to your computer.
3.Now copy them to ur phone!! We're done!!

I've found one way till now to transfer the contacts into the phone. If you have a bluetooth adapter/dongle then just send all the contacts to the phone and they'l install automatically.

Phone Lock Code

Alot of people have problems with their phones because they've forgotten their phone=ock code.

Well this software will allow u to find out ur phone lock code..just follow the instructions it tells u to do!

Changing Phone Name

a cool .xml trick.
we can change the name of our phone wen we see it in phone status or xs++
just copy the xml document into notepad ,
write ur new fone name(e.g:w960i) in the place of "Phone Name Here"
save it as default_upgrade.xml and copy it to tpa/preset/default.......

Change Battery Colour

This very useful app allows u to manually change your battery colour. All u have to do is choose a few colours and the app generates the patch for it. Be sure to select your phone.

If your phone option isnt there then u can learn to port the patch. Its a rather simple patch so not too difficult to port it.

Font Changing(w700/w800/k750)

looking at the layout.xml, we can see that the fonts of many things can be changed in size and style(thought the font itself cannot be changed in Db2010)

here's a layout.xml by trey_dendrite which changes the fonts, making them smaller and smoother
copy the layout.xml to tpa/system/layout

Use phone while transfering via bluetooth

the Bookman elf lets us use our phone while transfering via bluetooth!!!
just install the below elf(check the elfs topic if u dont know how to) and then while transfering via bluetooth, press the power button once for half a sec
then the bookmanager will open
press "Standbybook" and thats it!! u'l be at the standby screen and u can do whatever the hell u like!!

i found some "GigaBass Patches" but i really dont know what they do
bt lookin at the names i suppose they superkick the bass!! :D

You can use it to convert sysgfx icons' sets between K750, W800, W810 , W200, K510, W880 and alot more.

E.g You can use w810 sysgfx on your w800!

It's pretty east to use so figure it out!! (To scroll through different phone options in the software, press the down key )

Dont Use SEUS!!

Just a warning to everybody:

If you have a DB2020 phone DO NOT update it through the Sony Ericsson Update Service!!

Doing so will change it into a CID53 phone which cannot be flashed(only a bit of modding with JDFlasher).
